The Custom Registration Certificate (SRP), procedures and requirements :

Customs Registration Certificate is a certificate given to the importer after completing the registration. Registration is a registration process applied by the importer for fulfilling all the import conditions. Importer Registration Team ordered by the Director General will conduct the Registration process on behalf of Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE),or Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai (DJBC)

1. Provisions.
The administration for importer registration is based on:
a. Ministry of Finance Decree No. 453/KMK.04/2002 dated 30 October 2002 concerning Customs Administration of Import Matters, as mentioned in Article 12 Paragraph (5) to assurance the responsibility in collecting the customs duty, Director General conducts the registration for the importer, customs broker, owner of temporary storage house and or owner of bonded storage house.
b. Ministry of Finance Decree No. 454/KMK.04/2002 dated 30 October 2002 concerning the Importer Registration

2. General Regulation.

a. Importer Registration Team ordered by the Director General will conduct the Registration process on behalf of Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DGCE), hereinafter called First Party.
b. Importer is the one who will apply the Importer Registration to DGCE, herein after called Second Party.
c. Registration is a registration process applied by the importer after fulfilling all the conditions.
d. Customs Registration Certificate is a certificate given to the importer after completing the registration.

Document need to process SRP (Sertifikat Registrasi Pabean) :
• Company Regulation Act (AKTA) – notary
• approval by the minister of justice
• Company Business License Letter (Sp PMA)
• Company Locality Letter (Domicile)
• Company tax number (NPWP)
• Entrepreneurship Tax (PKP)
• Import Card License (APIT)
• Resident Card (KTP) that represent sign Import Document
• Company Bank Statement
• Annual Report
